Suggest Treatment For Blockage In The Heart

Question: I went to a cardiologist recently who told me I have a blockage in my heart and I need a pre-cardiac catheterization and put me on a nitrate and a list of other meds, and his only real evidence was that I had chest pains when I took benazepril, which I stopped taking weeks ago. I had a stress test today which he stopped after 2 minutes (my heart rate went only from 112 to 120) and he said he was sure I had a significant blockage. I have had no chest pains except on the days I took that ace inhibitor, and have had none since. Should I go along with this? (I am 63, but in good health.) I don't want to have an unnecessary procedure, and I would have to sacrifice a lot to do it.
Brief Answer:
In case of positive stress test heart catheterization is indicated
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,
You have high cardiovascular risk and if you have positive stress test then coronarography (Heart catheterization) is indicated. If you can attach stress test results I may review it to see why your doctor has considered it positive.
Take care
