Brief Answer:
Continue treatment

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Healthcare Magic.

It is mostly viral infection. It is quite common for viral infections to occur in children even at such a tender age. It can manifest with thick mucus which may cause blocked nose. Steam inhalation and nebulization is the treatment of choice. It will help in diluting the mucus.

Continue the nasal drops which are also essential. Infants are nose breathers and hence nasal blockage can cause breathing difficulties and sleeping difficulties. But if the child becomes lethargic, you would need to visit your doctor without delay. Otherwise treatment is proceeding in the right direction.

Hope that helps

Brief Answer:
No problems in keeping the child on a pram

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking back.

There are no problems in keeping the child on a perambulator and making him sleep. You can apply Vicks but it does not really help. It is just a matter about own perception of relief. No harms if applied.

Hope that helps.
