Suggest Treatment For Blocked Nose, Gums Pain, Sensitive Teeth, Headache And Cough
Seem to be sinusitis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. I would like to ask you few more details.
1) Is there any sequence of sneezes or wheeze?
2) Is your blocked nose associated with fever?
Kindly get back to me with details.
As per your clinical details, my possibility and management it could be due sinusitis (maxillary sinusitis-Pain in gums and sensitivity of teeth) secondary to allergy.
To rule out this I suggest you to consult an ENT surgeon and get detailed ENT examination (deviated nasal septum, sinusitis). If necessary, blood tests (absolute eosinophilic count, IgE - allergic rhinitis). You may require antibiotics, anti inflammatory medications and mucolytic drugs for wet cough. Treatment can be started according to the investigations.
If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Wishing you good health
Amoxicillin/paracetamol
Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
Thanks for considering my answer and for your follow up.
For my patients I suggest take capsule. Amoxicillin. For dosage and strength you need local doctor prescription. Antihistamines like levocetrizine once a day.
And tab.paracetamol during the episodes of head-ache.
Steam inhalation twice a day.
Take care.
