I suggest you to consult ent surgeon, get detailed Ent examination ( deviated septum, turbinate hypertrophy), nasal endoscopy ( sinusitis- presence of pus at sinus openings) , If necessary blood tests( absolute eosinophilic count, serum Ig E) for allergy - vuala itching. As such sinusitis secondary to deviated septum can cause, asthma, repeated episodes of lung infections, sore throat and Eustachian tube dysfunction leading to ear drum infection.
