Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on the image you uploaded and the history, it appears to be a superficial sloughing of the skin with superimposed infection. The area is quite dry, too. Topical application of bacitracin with polymyxin and petroleum jelly can be advised for a week. Mosthe likely it will resolve. If it persists then oral ampicillin plus cloxacillin course for a week would be required in consultation with your doctor.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
