Question : Strange bump (like a blood blister) on my upper back has opened and bleeding profusely. Do I need an ER? NOT A PIMPLE OR ACHNE

It could be ruptured Haemangioma.

Haemangioma is a swelling that arises from a blood vessel.
If it ruptures,bleeding will.be continuous.
You should go to.ER and proceed further.
Please apply Pressure Bandage so that it will control bleeding.
