Brief Answer:
will settle soon . do urine culture

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to health caremagic.
Blood in stools indicates bacterial infection which needs antibiotics like zanocin which you are already giving.
It could also be due to intususseption but the ultraoung scan is normal, so unlikely.
Continue antibiotics , get urine culture and stool culture to identify the organism .
Also get stool for reducing substances which will be positive in lactose intolerance

Other medicines can be continued.
Let me know the reports
Regards
Dr Arun
