Brief Answer:
radiation induced enteritis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I can understand your concern for GI symptoms
1) Loose stool after radiation therapy is due to radiation induced enteritis, which is inflammation of small bowel. Due to inflammation inner layer of small bowel secrete more enzymes which is responsible for formation of loose stool.
2) Also due to radiation, intestine looses its capacity to absorb the nutrients from ingested food which is responsible for malnutrition, and diarrhea (lack of absorption of fat from diet)
3) To control these symptoms, you can use stool-bulk forming agent, high fiber diet, less fat-content in diet.
