Question: I am getting blood in motion from last two days, what could be the reason and also suggest treatment or next course of action

Have you visited a doctor ever for this issue before??
Do you feel some soreness at the anus??
What is the color of feces?? Red as fresh blood?? OR Black or brownish dark colored??
