Brief Answer:
UTI is very probable, but carry out tests.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, let me advise you, that blood in urine with the symptoms you mention, are typical of severe UTI (urinary infection), of lower urinary tract.
The other causes are inflammation of various origins, stones, and growth in bladder.
You will need to be examined by a doctor, preferably an Urologist.
You will need to be tested with urine routine and culture, blood sugar, creatinine, and an ultrasound scan of abdomen.
Depending upon reports, treatment will be advised.
Till reports are available, you're advised to drink 10-12 glasses liquids daily.
You should be on Ciprofloxacin like drug, with an alkaliser and a smooth muscle
relaxant.
Hope your doubts' are cleared.
Wish you a speedy recovery.
