Suggest Treatment For Blood In Urine While Having 8.7 Cm Renal Mass

Question: Hi I have been told a mass was found in my kidney 8.7cm. They are confident it is contained. CT exam ordered in 2 days to see what it is. Except for peeing only once lots of red blood I have not had any more over a week or it was hardly visible. Other than the blood no other symptoms. I am not tired, no pain, have not lost any weight, great appetite, I weightlift 4-5 times a week, lots of energy go to bed late. Is it because the cancer has not spread or could it be a benign mass,
