Suggest Treatment For Blood In Urine While Having Prostate Cancer

Question: The patient has prostate cancer but has had clear or nearly clear urine. This morning the catheter collection bag turned bright red (no clots). Is this an emergency (it is Sunday) or can this wait to consult the doctor tomorrow morning?
