Question: i took cialis a few days ago before sex. i hurt my penis as i jammed it in my partners ass. today my penis is black, and blue on the lower 1/2 of my shaft - towards the head. And my penis hurts if i squeeze it. is this common?

A history of trauma during sexual activity and bluish-black discoloration of penis suggests a hematoma in the penile tissue.
Hematoma is caused by rupture of small blood vessels in the tissue.
Trauma is the commonest cause of hematoma formation.
Pain is due to injury to the soft tissues.
You need to rest the penis till hematoma and pain resolves.
You will have to wait for a few days before the hematoma resolves.
Hematoma usually taken 5-7 days to resolve and it changes its color from blue-black to green to yellow.
You can give hot fomentation to the part and/or pain killer for pain relief.
