Question: hurt my fingers by banging them against the dash boar repeatedly. 4.5 hours ago. mild pain in the fingers &swelling & bluish discolouration.

this could possibly be a fracture and so your should have an X-ray of your hand. important to keep your fingers moving to prevent stiffness. if pain is an issue take and antiinflammatory
