Question: From past some days i am having slight bodyache and loss in stamina.Even in climbing stairs of two floor i start hoffing.when i stand for some time my legs start paining.sometimes i have shivering in my hands

The symptoms you are complaining of seems to be due to unnoticed Viral fever.
Have TAB. HIFENAC P 1 tablet 2 times daily for 3 days. If still the shivering and tiredness persists i suggest you to get the CBC and thyroid levels checked. Along with the 2d echo of the heart.

Shivering is not of fever type.my hands just cant be still if i hold them in horizontal position they keep on moving sometimes.
