Question : I smoked marijuana about 17 days ago. I am feeling numbness and delayed sense of touch ever since. Numbness reduces when I move. I am having vitamin tablets. It is not helping. Please suggest medication . thanks.

1. Regular physical exercise of 45 minutes per day.

2. Proper stress management

3. Complete avoidance of any substance of abuse

4. Use or pregabalin 75 mg on as need basis.
