Suggest Treatment For Boil Like Sores On The Upper Thigh

Question: I have had two boil like sores on my upper thigh for over a month.. I have tried tree tea oil, aloe Vera, Epsom salts, neosporin..turmeric..nothing seems to heal them! I really do not want to take antibiotics...one sore drains on occasion but the other fills with fluid and then goes flat only to fill with fluid again..I had a cardiac carp test recently and it was high perhaps due to the inflammation...I want to take the test again but I can not get the boil like sores to go down...what is going on? I exercise and have hot sweats and the friction and sweats are making this condition worse..what do I do?
Brief Answer:
Seems to be furuncles, go for topical and oral antibiotics
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have gone through your complaints and according to me you are having furuncles which are bacterial infection of the hair follicles.
You will require oral as well as topical antibiotics to resolve them.
You can go for pus culture of the draining fluid so that antibiotic can be started accordingly.

Do I have hydratenitis supprativa? Can this cause my cardiac crp to go up to 4.9.? Do I need both oral and topical antibiotic? How do I avid getting more. Thanks so much!
Brief Answer:
Welcome!!
Detailed Answer:
Hidradenitis suppurativa is usually characterised by papules, pustules, comedones and discharging sinuses in the groin and axillary region.
You need to upload the pictures of the affected areas so that I can comment on whether it is Hidradenitis suppurativa.
Yes this can cause CRP to increase.
According to me you need both oral and topical antibiotics.
To avoid this in future avoid friction and sweating over the affected areas.
