Suggest Treatment For Boil On Hip

Question: I suffer from Abscess or Fistula like big boil in the hip from using the toilette and is pretty big, and there is always blood come out of it from 3 years until now because i was shy to go to the doctor , but there is no pain. Knowing that I am practicing walking and a little sports. I went to the doctor today and told me that i need surgery and when I asked him if there is medicine to treat it with out surgery he is like laughing and says there is no way but only surgery , but the surgery cost a lot of money and i don't have holiday to do the surgery until 5 month and not sure if the insurance will cover the surgery , is there any medicine i can use to treat it without doing surgery ?Thanks

As per your description, it could be either Fistula or Sinus.As it is discharging blood /pus since 3 years,it has to be operated.
It is lined by a granulation tissue which doesn't heal with medicines.I am sorry to say that there are no medicines for this.
As it is not an emergency, you can wait till you are free and spare some time .
Nothing to worry. It can be treated completely with surgery.
