hope u r doing good.. this is XXXXXXX .i had a referred my problem with you a few days back
i have been regularly taking the medication pescribed, the boil on penis ,sometimes it seems to be reducing sometimes it seems same, i am not able to differentiate from before..
i dont have pain now.. only this problem...

I am doing fine. Hope you are doing fine too.
It would time for the lesion: you need to take the antibiotic for 2- 3 weeks for complete cure. I would also suggest addition of Tablet Azithromycin 1gm ( available as 500mg tablet , take 2 tablets once) once a week for 2 weeks( only 2 doses: total 4 tablets).
I would suggest you to send clinical photograph for further assessment.

There is still persisting swelling of foreskin( prepuce). This could possibly be due to infection and collection under the prepuce.
While you are taking Seitz bath in tub, I would advise you to pull back the prepuce and clean the glans penis. Replace back the prepuce to its normal position after it.
Local application of Glycerine and Magnesium sulphate soaked gauge piece will also drastically reduce . I do understand your problem being in foreign country.
Following is procedure for preparation of Glycerine magnesium sulphate
Ingredients required: 100 ml Gylcerine , 20 grammes of Magnesium sulpahte (Epsom salt).
In a small utensil add 100 ml of glycerine, place it on low flame while it is warm add 20 grammes of Epsom salt. Stirring it continuosly. Warming is essential to make salt dissolve . Allow it to cool.
Either apply directly or soak a gauge piece in it and apply over the inflammed area. Continue applying antibiotic ointment as advised previously. Apply Gly Mag sulf thrice a day.
( store the remaining in a clean bottle).
It is very effective in reducing the oedema.

i dont understand the above process, at the moment i just apply ointment on the wond three times a day.. and usvally take the antibiotics..
i stay in a studio apt, and do not have gas facility for flame..
