Question : boils on inner thighs causing scars when healing. now I can't get rid of this one. it doesn't hurt just won't go away.

Yes, this is obviously unhealed folliculitis of carbuncule and this is commonly seen after hair follicle inflammation in some people with specific skin type who are likely to develop pyogenic granulomas and celoid tissue. Steroid creams may be bit helpful but if this lesions become chronic then dermatologic or surgical procedures may be only permanent and effective solution so consult your doctor about it. There are various creams.Most effective are Scar-guard, Sca-gel and Kelo-cote from my experience. Just be sure that this product is silicone based and that it has steroids in it. It will bring some improvement but for complete disappear of this granuloma, some laser or surgical therapy may be neccessary as I said.
