Thanks for the follow up.
It is looking like an allergic reaction in the peri occular region.
I treat such cases with a mild steroid cream like cortisone to be applied in night and sunscreen in day.
These medication are available over the counter and are safe as well as effective.
You can try this.

last Saturday - 1st oct I went to see skin doc.. he told it is acnes forming due to hormonal changes ?? so he told me to apply - BENZEC AC GEL - 2.5 %

Avoid benzoyl peroxide

Your skin appears to be very sensitive.
Benzoyl peroxide is an irritant better avoid that.
Use cortisone cream for a week and after that you can use melaglow cream in night and a sunscreen in morning.
This should help you.

Thank you, Doctor. Yes , my skin is very sensitive and from many months I am not using any sunscreen or cream on face.
