Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic
I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your query
These are acne. Acne can affect the face as well as other areas rich in sebaceous glands like chest, back and shoulders.
I would suggest topical benzoyl peroxide gel / cream application twice daily e.g Brevoxyl 4% cream , twice daily.
You may also be started on oral doxycycline 100 mg (Cap Microdox- LBX 100 mg) twice daily for 2-4 weeks. These are not over the counter medications but your local doctor will know about it.
Since acne is a recurrent problem up to a certain age therefore you may use a benzoyl peroxide soap for maintenance of improvement e.g Aknaybar soap (marketed by curatio pharma in India)
Regards
