Suggest Treatment For Boils On Penis Skin

Question: sir, i have dry boils on penis skin. it is not paining neither itching. i am a diabetic . i used have cracks on penis skin, i used to apply CANDID B cream on it. please help me to get rid of this boils

Noted your concern. Observed that you are applying Candid and Betnovate to the penis boils. Betnovate is a steroid cream and you do not require it if you do not have itching. Cracks in tips of penis skin could be due to fungal infection or due to inadequate sugar control. You need to see a doctor to examine the boils to diagnose the type of boils. How are you blood glucose values, Hba1c levels? What medicines are you on for diabetes?

I gather that your Hba1c is 8% now. This is not good control. You may need to change the medicines or modify the dose. I saw the picture. It doesn't look like fungal infection. It looks like vesicles of "genital Herpes" . Did your partner had similar lesions? Did you have any unprotected sex with anyone ?
I feel you need to meet a dermatologist. Applying Candid and Betnovate will not help you. If it is Genital herpes, you will need anti viral treatment.

sir , i went through pic of vesicles of "genital Herpes omn google. but i dont think mine is same one. my boils have no puss or water. it is dry and no pain or itching.

Okay XXXXXXX The photo which you had mailed did resemble herpes lesions. However, unless one see the lesions directly, can not comment with full confidence. Dermatologist is the best person. May I request you to stop using Betnovate if there is no itching.

Again, your diabetes need very good control. Where do you live? DO you have access to an endocrinologist in your area?
