Boils are bacterial infection and can surely be treated.
These become recurrent due to two things.
1. If correct antibiotic is not used.
2. Source of Infection is not eliminated from body.
Please get a culture and sensitivity test done.
A small amount of material from one of the boils would be cultured to grow infective organism and then tested for suitable antibiotics.
Also use ointment mupirocine in your nostrils.
This will eliminate the source of infection from body.
