Brief Answer:
Looks like acne or (?chronic) folicullitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and saw your picture.

What I see there looks like acne or possible ?chronic folicullitis.
It is caused by bacteria which are called staphylococcus. They are normal commensal of the skin, but sometimes under some factors they tend to inflame the root of the hair and produce this boil alike rashes. Sometimes they may get irritated.

To treat it, you need to keep your skin moisturizing. There is a solution called Benzoyl-peroxide which is applied twice daily for one month and if it doesn't work then there are other options to treat.

Also what helps sometimes is to apply an antibiotic cream in the nostrils which can irradiate these bacteria because it's known that the nose is the source of them. Mupirocin is the antibiotic used for 1-2 weeks and that works better.

If worse or not better despite following the advises, I would recommend seeing a Dermatologist for a detailed examination of the area.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.
