Brief Answer:
Small possibility of inflamation around it exists.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

I examinated the CT scan views you uploaded too.

In my opinion that foreign body probably piece of bone inside your spinal cord is too small to be concerned about mass effect that may cause.

However, periodic follow up clinically and by imaging is needed, because of the small possibility of abscess formation around the foreign body.

Keep following up with your treating Doctor.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Take care.
