In normal males generally prostate starts increasing after the age of 50. In some it may increase or it may not. It is due to hormonal imbalance.
Borderline prostatomegaly means its just initial starting stage. There is no much enlargement of gland. Residual urine in you is less which is a good sign. If residual urine is more then more problems in urinating occurs.
If you are having any problem in urinating then you need to take treatment otherwise you need not .
This is unlikely to affect your professional life at this size. If it increase in size also it may be managed medically initially .
