Brief Answer:
Not to be worried too much

Detailed Answer:
Dear
I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering
I don't think you have to worry too much,
It can be fixed
First of all you have to schedule 2 examination
1 brain MRI
2 EEG
If brain MRI is normal and no deviation are seen on EEG you will be fine after starting treatment
In my opinion you are suffering the first signs of dementia and as I treat my patient starting Zoloft will relief the symptoms
Hope my answer will lead you to the right diagnose and treatment
