Suggest Treatment For Breast Bone Fracture

Question: I suffered a injury in Feb. that resulted in my breast bone getting fractured. I fell last Wed. in a local diner and injured my leg and the same area that was fractured in my chest feels just like a re-fractured it. It felt like my chest buckled inside. I don't know if I should go to Urgent Care or just wait it out. I can hardly walk because it hurts my groin area when I walk or limp around.
