Question: I am having slight breathing problem since last few days. I am prone to cold and cough.

Hi,

You seem to have viral bronchitis with the air ways plugged with more mucus.
You can take Syrup ASCORIL 10ml thrice a day for 5 days.
You should do steam inhalations with vicks at least twice a day and especially before you sleep.
Avoid cold food and cold drinks and anything immediately from the refrigerator.
