Suggest Treatment For Breathing Problems
Question: I went to the clinic today because I been having trouble breathing for the last 2 weeks. They gave me a Ekg today and not sure what this mean and should I be worried at all. I didn't go to the emergency room but should I soon. I attached a copy of my ECG.

The ECG is grossly abnormal / cause unknown – need to exclude Coronary Artery Disease (heart attack) first. In suspected heart attack, TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE – if detected early, an attack may even be aborted / the amount of damage and complications can be reduced remarkably. The most important time is the first few hours.
There are other possibilities like cardiomyopathy and so on….
One needs to compare with previous ECG, if any
You need observation / further investigations like repeat ECG; Cardiac markers, electrolytes, ECHOcardiogram etc – as soon as possible

Thanks for the advice. I went to the ER that night and they took another ekg and it came back the exact same.They took blood to run labs and to rule out heart attack, blood clots and etc.. They not sure why it's abnormal but they did schedule me for a echo test. One doctor said it could be the size of the heart is larger or thicker. By the look of my ekg could this be true and what does that mean.
