YES - IMMEDIATELY / Call for help
Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic
YES
You should go – rather be taken to – the ER (Emergency) immediately
The ECG is grossly abnormal / cause unknown – need to exclude Coronary Artery Disease (heart attack) first. In suspected heart attack, TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE – if detected early, an attack may even be aborted / the amount of damage and complications can be reduced remarkably. The most important time is the first few hours.
There are other possibilities like cardiomyopathy and so on….
One needs to compare with previous ECG, if any
You need observation / further investigations like repeat ECG; Cardiac markers, electrolytes, ECHOcardiogram etc – as soon as possible
Good luck
God bless you
Good news / Go for Echo
Detailed Answer:
Hi
It is good to know that the lab tests are normal
It is really reassuring to have excluded clot and heart attack.
Such a picture is then most likely from a problem primarily of the heart muscle itself – cardiomyopathy.
ECHOcardiography is the next step. It must be done, but not an emergency.
Further investigation / action – if necessary – is planned on the outcome of the Echo report
