Brief Answer:
Fracured phalanx likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The possibility of a fractured phalanx is there. The black and blue coloration is due to local hematoma formation due to bleeding.
It is best to avoid weight bearing on the foot, do a cold compress every one hour and keep the foot elevated on two pillows to reduce pain and swelling.
You can also strap the injured toe with the next toe to avoid any movement at the injured area. And visit a doctor at the earliest.

You can also try over the counter pain killer for pain relief.

I hope this answers your query.
