Suggest Treatment For Brown Spots On Lower Legs

Question: Hi, I noticed a brown mark, like a mole or freckle but almost flat, on my lower leg. Does this look like a regular mole? Is it possible to tell immediately if its something 'normal' or sinister? Advice appreciated. x
