Question : My 11 month old fell and hit her head behind her ear 5 hrs ago. Seems fine but now the spot is bruising. Do we need to go to ER?

After reading your post, I would advise that you should get her clinically examined for any internal injury. If she is normally active and behaving normally, you should not worry. You should look for excessive crying, confused behavior, vomiting, nasal or ear bleed, seizures, etc. If any of the above mentioned symptoms appear, you should immediately seek medical attention.
