Brief Answer:
Photo is needed to give precise answer.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Can you please attach a photo of it? It will be much easier to give precise answer.
When was it removed?

Stitched wound can be washed with water and soap. No problem in that. After lump removal (like sebaceus cyst) some bruising is a very normal thing. Some small veins are almost always injured during removal procedure. So just a bruise is nothing to be worried.
However sometimes large blood collection (hematoma) can appear. In such case, it should be evacuated. Typical signs of hematoma are swelling, redness, pain and kind of lump in the surgery area.

This is the best answer I can give not being able to see it. So please attach a photo if thats possible.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
It does not look bad.

Detailed Answer:
It does not look bad. The bruise is larger than usual, but its acceptable. You can leave it alone for now. Just keep checking it every day. If you wont see any improvement in few days (so it wont get smaller) or it will get bigger and/or more painful, consult your surgeon.
But for now it can be left alone.

Brief Answer:
Low pain level indicates that its fine.

Detailed Answer:
I do not think you could impact the bruise with moving or driving. Do not feel limited in that matter. Do not avoid regular activities.
The reason of such bruise is always bleeding vessels due to surgery. It usually appears some time after it, not right away.
Pain on 2 is fine. Just keep it clean and dry. And please note that the bruise color can be present for even 3 weeks. This is normal thing.
