Question: I feel friday evening hitting my head I have bruise and large bump on left side of head . Am having problem staying awake and having bouts of dizziness and some memory loss.

I am so sorry to hear about this fall and the bump. It is unlikely that the fall was so severe that it would have caused memory loss. Also, these are long term complications and not immediate symptoms that are observed. However, because you are concerned about these symptoms and cannot stay awake and have bouts of dizziness, I will suggest that you get a CT scan of the head. This will tell is if there are any reasons to be concerned. This this might be a little aggressive seen the surrounding circumstances of this trauma, we want to be safe than sorry.
