Suggest Treatment For Bulging Lateral Superficial Vein On The Penis
Question: Hi doctor
I believe I have penile lymphocile
I had sex with my wife the other morning then masterbate later in the day and found what I'm sure is lymphocile
Cord like vein on top of penis just below head, runs parallel around the top 2/3 of the penis
Not circumcised
Been with the same woman for 10 years , it cannot possibly be an sti
Not painful at all, 2 lumps connected by a "cord"
Wife's on my case as it's been 4-5 days and I'm basically ignoring It and her lol
I basically want to know if I should just leave it alone until it disappears
I'm 30, 6'1", 165lbs
A google search of "penile lymphocile" , the very first image could have been me
Many thanks in advance for helping
Ben

Hi doctor
Many thanks for the quick reply and putting my mind at ease
No trauma occrued that I'm aware of aside from possible friction
It is most definitely white and not blue
Absolutely no pain or discomfort , just 2 lumps with a "cord"
It's virtually unnoticeable unless forskin is pulled back or while erect (which hasn't happened by choice since I noticed it 4-5 days ago)
I have never had isssues in that area before, I will mention I am sexually active with my wife or by myself daily, sometimes a couple times a day, in case it's perhaps relevant (overuse)
I wish to thank you again for your time
Ben

Brief Answer:
It is mostly what is called as Lymphangiosclerosis
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .
While cord like structure with knots at the end which become more prominant on erection is what is called as Lymphangiosclerosis .
It does not require any treatment and may be mostly developed due to dry vigorous masturbation .
Restricting masturbation will help to prevent recurrence .
Thanks and Regards.

Thank you doctor
My final questions
1) will it go away on its own? And how long could it take if I leave it alone completely?
2) can I do anything aside from what you mentioned above to prevent it from recurring?
3) can I continue being sexually active with my wife while present or will that irritate it further?
I appreciate your help and will not trouble you further.
Many thanks
Ben
