Brief Answer:
Suspect a swollen gland in labial skin

Detailed Answer:
Hello madam.Thanks for your query.

I would provisionally suspect a swollen gland in the skin covering the labia. If it is painful, red and swollen then it is suggestive of infection.

However, kindly upload a snap, image to help you better.

Regret for inconvenience since the information is minimal to understand the nature of underlying problem.

Or alternatively you may also wish to consult a gynaecologist for further advice.

It looks like a skin tag on my labial frenum in the mouth. Located on the piece of skin that connects to my tongue. What do you think this might be?
I meant that connects to my gum.
It is skin colored and looks like a round small skin tag?
