Suggest Treatment For Bump On Penis Shaft
Question: This is the bump on shaft of penis no pain no discharge or anything please i just need to know how to get rid of it.

From the snap and the history you have provided, this looks like a small cyst.
There are two options :
You can 'wait and watch'- as there are no symptoms. This may resolve on its own.
Second options is to get the bump removed surgically, this will be a very small surgery may be with a single stitch under local anesthesia. You get rid of the lump and get a histological diagnosis too.
