Brief Answer:
Do not see any resemblance with any STD/STIs
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.
Thank you for that information.
Although from the images I cannot relate the lump/bump to any particular STD/STI, but I would not rule them out and thus would suggest an elaborate STD-panel.
But, from the image the more likely cause could be:
+Friction from clothes (especially inner wear)
+Not washing the region after sexual contact or masturbation
+Friction from sexual intercourse (with either minimal or lack of lubrication, resulting in friction)
+Friction from masturbation (with either minimal or lack of lubrication, resulting in friction)
+Shaving or removing hair from the region
Here are my recommendations:
+Keep the region dry and clean
+Warm compress applications to the affected region as many times as possible in a day
+Warm showers as many times a day as possible
+Do not shave or remove hair from the region
+Wear comfortable inner wear or completely avoid it for a while
+Avoid intercourse and masturbation for a while
I do not really see anything seriously wrong here, and strongly suspect just the irritation and/or inflammation of a hair follicle, which should subside with time sir.
I hope you find my response helpful. Please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.
Best wishes.
