Thanks for getting back to us.
It may be a chalazion or a cyst.If you can get an eye ointment Ocupol D then this ointment can be applied daily at bed time for 15 days and see the progress.
If this is not possible the hot foamentstion twice a dsy can be tried and see the result.
Such cysts if they do not dhow resolution over a period of time may need surgical rrmoval later on.
