Brief Answer:
Swelling on the forehead

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

The bump on his forehead looks pretty big, it must have been a bad fall. As per protocol any injury to the head should be investigated with a CT scan, I recommend that you take him to the ER and get a CT brain done. In the measn time here is what you should do

1. Apply cold packs over the bump
2. Tab Tylenol can be taken three times a day for the pain
3. He might get black eye, dont worry about it. It tends to resolve on its own

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards
