Question: Hey doctorss i am worried.. I have dryer skin under my foreskin lately and it causes redness a few bumps and a bit of flakieness under my foreskin if not moisturized I am scared to death ..it healed completely in a few days after rougher sex but once i masturbated again it caused it to to come back instantly but not as bad .. I was tested for stds but came back normal..I am scared this is an undetectable one ? Could this jus be due to friction ? I havent had this issue ever before it happaned instantly after sex a week ago and since if i please myself it sometimes causes the skin to look irratated again please advise

Brief Answer:
not able to find any abnormalities in the attached picture

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query and pictures.

I am not able to appreciate any abnormalities in the pictures. It looks fine. As you have tested for STDs and it has come back negative, I don't think you need to worry much.

It might be due to friction or irritation, which is common during sex, I would suggest you to use lubricant during the act. You can use the moisturizers for few days. I would also suggest you to keep the area clean, wash it with cool water and with mild soap like dermadew. Apart from this I don't think you need anything else.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you.
Take care.

Yes i think it is due to friction and irratation as it only happens after sex or masturbation.. And the irratation clears up quickly over the next few hours to few days if not aggitate ... Added to the fact i have never had unprotected sex .. I shouldnt be worrying but naturally i am because of the area! I will try and attach another picture just for a second look as well! d

Brief Answer:
might be due to friction, use lubricant

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Good to hear from you.
I have gone through your pictures, there is slight redness but not very much appreciable. But it is more of from the friction during sexual act. Might be due to lack of lubrication. So use sufficient amot of lubricant, you should be fine.
