Question: I also could send a picture if needed but Hello I have had these bumps on my gooch area as long as I can remember . No itch no pain. Flesh like color. I am a male and just wonder what they could be . Thanks

I did not get them initially, but waited for a bit and then they got uploaded. Mainly because once I reply, then I cannot reply again until you do and I did not want to waste my turn just asking you to try again.
Coming to the images: completely normal presentation. In majority of cases, they are just premature hair follicles or sebaceous glands in the skin that are a little more sensitive than normal due to the location and constant friction.
There is absolutely no need to pay any attention to them as they are part of your normal anatomy, and you are perfectly normal. :)
