Hi, attaching the images
Brief Answer:
Removal via electrocautery
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for posting the pictures.
These lesions are called verruca vulgaris or more commonly warts.
Warts are caused by a virus Human papiloma virus and is mostly acquired by direct contact with affected individual or article harbouring virus like napkins, towels etc. In your case it seems very likely to be acquired sexually.
As a routine protocol, I would advise you to get your spouse/ partner get checked for similar infection.
Also I would recommend you investigations like VDRL and HIV antibody test, as these warts can be marker of any other hidden STD.
As for the treatment, I would suggest you to get them removed as early as possible as they are infectious.
The best treatment is removal via electrocautery by a certified dermatologist.
Other options of treatment are cryotherapy, application of Podophyllin, Imiquimod, 5- flurouracil etc.
Avoid any sexual activity till complete resolution.
Avoid pricking/ scratching.
I hope you will get well soon.
Thanks

Hi,
Yes even my wife has some 3 in her genital areas. But my question is how did we get it, as Me and her are the only sex partners to each other. And I have visited the doctor and he has prescribed podowart paint. he has asked us to apply it 4 days once.

Brief Answer:
Infection can occur by non-sexual means by contact with infection article
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Since there is no history of sexual activity outside married life, its possible either or spouse might have contracted infection from some infected article like napkin, towel etc.
Podowart is a good treatment option for genital warts but multiple sessions are required to remove waarts while radiocautery on the other hand can remove lesions in single session itself and thereby reduces the chance of spreading to other body sites.
Take care
