Suggest Treatment For Bumps On Penis Shaft

Question: I recently noticed some bumps appear on the shaft of my penis. It started with just one bump that looked like it was just a XXXXXXX from shaving that turned into a scab. It was about the size of a ballpoint pen. Now recently when I went to the bathroom, I noticed a few more bumps appear around the original scab/bump. The bumps appear to be flesh like in color....they dont hurt but the area is a little sensitive.

Brief Answer:
Most likely Fordyce spots.
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
Your problem can be most likely Fordyce spots. This is only sebaceous prominences and harmless. Taking anti oxidants and garlic will be helpful to get rid off this. Applying tretinoin cream locally also will be helpful.
Other possibility can be warts which rarely can present like this. It is better to confirm by showing a dermatologist.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
