Suggest Treatment For Bumps On The Penile Head

Question: Bumps on penis head, had them for a few months. Never had sex what could they be? No pain or itching.

Hi,

Thanks for the question and pictures.

I went through them and do not find them alarming. Since you did not indulge in intercourse yet they are perfectly benign and in fact common and normal to have on the penis.
I find them to be skin cysts/pimples. If the pictures are clear it could be good but they can be pearly papules of penis also. All of the above possibilities do not require treatment.
Just go your way and do not be concerned about them by keep looking at them repeatedly. Just wash with soap and clean water everyday when you bathe.
