Suggest Treatment For Bumps On The Upper Vulva

Question: Hi,
Last night as I went to use the washroom, I noticed about 5 small bumps on my upper vulva. There's no pain associated with them, as the only reason I noticed them because I accidentally touched them while I was wiping. I am sexually active as I am in a monogamous relationship, and I also shave once a week. I will include a photo below. are these merely shaving bumps, or should I be concerned?
Thank you

Brief Answer:
Folliculitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
From the pic it looks like hair root infections (folliculitis). You need to apply some antibiotic ointment and ice packs after cleaning with soap.
But the area looks reddish meaning inflammed. So oral antimicrobials should be considered if no relief after ointment application for 2 days.
Are you diabetic or do you have any other medical problems?
Hope you are convinced.
Regards

Thanks for the reply! No I don't have any medical issues. I also think the red is mainly due to me pinching at them since last night. Could that be making it worse?
Brief Answer:
Folliculitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Need not be because of pinching...but the area has to be clean.
Since it is infected it has to be controlled.
As suggested earlier , you can try with ointments for 2 days.
If no relief, consult your doctor and take antibiotics like amoxicillin 500mg three times for 5 days or any other medicines your dr suggest.Hope you are convinced.
