Brief Answer:
Things will not change
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone carefully through your query including the images and understand your concerns. Let me tell you that when tissue destruction occurs due to some reason, the replacement tissue is not the same as the normal cells that were otherwise present previously. Rather, the replacement and healing is done by a form of tissue called scar tissue. Needless to say, the consistency, look and feel, and even the functionality are not the same. Scar tissue does not get replaced by normal tissue and so they are going to stay. You would have to accept it. Nothing needs to be done about it.
Let me know if I could help further.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Short term improvements may occur but long term doubtful
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. You can use Mederma Cream although I doubt if there would be any long term improvement.
