Suggest Treatment For Burning Pain And Itching On The Toes

Question: While living in Florida my condo became infested with biting bugs that were exterminated. At the time I was bit several times on the toes, ankles, and feet. This was six months ago. Now I have pain, burning, itching, and numbness in one toe. I went to a podiatrist who referred me to a neurologist. There were no medical findings to support a neurological condition. What do you suggest?
Brief Answer:
Some more information please.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Um.usaf,
Thanks for the query I have read it & understood your concern.
Let me clear it first of all that the bug bites 6 months back are not likely to cause your present symptoms.
* Burning pain, itching & numbness in a single toe points to neurologic involvement as a common cause ... you had been already assessed for this & found no medical cause.
could you please send me the medical & investigation reports ? Also a photograph of the toe involved? It would facilitate me to think of other possibilities.
Waiting for your response.
Thank you.
